Better than mine, I'm afraid. Or is that worse? I just have dreams I'm in the terminal, and my bag is either in the now-departed CDC car or, horrors, back at the hotel. I can't find it, it's the last flight of the day, I can't get out of the airport and I can't get my bag back. At all.
Travel nightmares - you know, I've seen all sorts of travel memoirs, but I've never seen one of travel nightmares. Maybe I should pitch one to my agent? [i]

T'other half has a fixation with bags, he can never relax until they're checked in. I just tend to go along with it, bemused- but the last trip we did, he (and someone else on the transfer bus) managed to pick up each other's bags. Only came to light as we walked into the terminal and I asked if the locks were on. No idea why I asked that, but himself looked back and realised one of our bags had np lock and worse, it wasn't ours! A very quick panic and scramble, but with the luck of the devil, the mix up was the the guy just behind us.

still sends a shudder down my spine - imagine the 'did you packk this yourself' thingy. Er no.... and then imagine if this had constituted a security alert.

Nightmares - seems life can mimic them at times...[:0]

Not had that dream before but have ones about not only forgetting my passport but all my luggage is back at home.

I seemed to be so real at the time too. To make matters worse all the CC are stood laughing at me!

Now I'm almost paranoid about triple checking everything.

Perhaps there should be a new section to deal with these dreams "Dear SRB"

I make it back to the airport (usually I'm lost on the roadway in the dream, and I don't usually get lost while I'm awake) then the terminal's missing

A fear of being downgraded and missing one's flight is one thing, but I think if I arrived at the airport to find the terminal missing I'd put it down to karma and give it up as a bad job.

I'd be a bit disturbed about birds nesting in my hair though, follically challenged as I am...

Guilty and thinking back we also got an escort out of Colwyn Bay for a similar incident:D

Hello, Isle of Wight estate agents? This is The Grinning Jackanapes. I'd like to buy a house By the road.

GJ it wouldn't be a pretty sight now, most of us are carrying a few extra lbs of ballast.

First off, don't escorts cost a lot of money?

I can't remember a thing from the Holland/Far east tours:D
