Is the USS Intrepid back in New York? It had a SR71 on it's flight deck.

I can remember going to the International Air Tattoo in Fairford, UK and they had a SR71 and a U2 static displays. The difference to now is that they were still operational and there was lots of security around them, with every window and intake/outtake covered up.
