2nd from bottom and a goal difference of +11! Must be the easiest team talks ever. Good luck to the present squad as it was previous mis-management that messed them up.[y] Easy bet for promotion back to the championship.

And now the only club in both the English and Scottish football leagues with a 100% winning league record this year (though that will change soon enough [:o)])

Ah, c'mon, Alan, have faith.

But even better than faith is good works -- and I point you to Carlos Tevez and Louis Saha for today's examples of that concept! [y]

Hmmm,
watched the game today and the ref was poor. Sending off was wrong, though I think the red card will be recinded once the board see the replays, not a two footed challenge at all.
Terry should have had a penalty awarded against him in the first half.
The second half penalty I feel was not one, I do not believe he was actually touched whatsoever.

All in all Man utd played better than Chelsea, but neither was near their level of last year.

Tight league this year I think....

WRT 'tight' league, I agree with you Alan...it may not settle out till the bitter end, but then that makes for an exciting season!

Is it just me, or does this season seem to be more like an episode of Casualty than Dream Team? Players dropping like flies all over the place...

Yeah, no kidding. I have a mate who is a Spurs fan and he's near despondent.

Ok, so now that my team (the Hammers) aren't playing like complete wallies this season, I feel able to contribute to this thread. Well, erm...mmmm...I will when I can think of something!![:p]

Alright, so we lost at home to Arsenal this weekend. No shame in that I say [:D]

Only the shame of the fact that you LOST. But to your point, yes, L'Arse are indeed a formidable side this go. Their next league play is against Blown-a-Sunderland and Bolt(ed)on. Easy sweeps, those.

Then comes October 28...perhaps a Hammer and a Devil can join in hoping the worst for the Bindippers?
