Well, I don't think the bank that likes to say yes will be quite as accommodating to its customers any more now that their branch is in such a mess!

I`m with Natworst and i think it made a HUGE improvement in the branch..teehee[}:)]
What a feeling it was after standing for 55 min in a long queue (feeling crap due to Tonsillitis)and telling them i am closing all my accounts[}:)]


Thank god i moved to A&L
