SRB's office

I'm trying to find the phone number/address of His Office. I do have the one for the flying club, but this is a problem my friend has with Virgin Media - she's being overcharged, the phones are never answered and, naturally, customer services have not replied. Can anyone here help please????

I know Virgin Media phone lines are very, very busy at the moment - I had to wait over half an hour last week before it was answered. There are 0800 freephone numbers that you can call so you don't worry about paying - or if she calls 150 from her VM landline I believe that is free .

It hasn't been a case of holding on - she's done that for a while, only to be cut off, repeatedly!
