Television and communications giant Virgin Media (LSE: VMED) hailed 2010 as its "best ever" year as results, released Thursday, showed revenues growing by 5.8% to reach £3.8bn. LINK

Hmmmm, interesting. I'd like to see more investment back to the customer in programming and customer service, especially if records are being broken!

Best ever as in best ever revenue and a relatively small profit in the final quarter (with a loss still on the year). They are very good at the bundling of offers, and it seems to me they are using this to capture market share.
