500 errors every time I post

For several years now, whenever I leave a comment on V-Flyer, I get a 500 HTTP error come back. The comment or post is posted successfully, but it's been such an oddly long standing issue across the years, different browsers, and different Internet connections, that I'm really curious about what's going on and if anyone else has/does experience this. It doesn't affect my use of the site at all, but it's just odd (Though I do have a habit of copying my post to the clipboard before posting on here "just in case" because of it.)

I should note it doesn't happen when posting entirely new posts like the one above. Just comments! I only comment a few times a year though, to be fair, so it's not exactly a big deal. More a curiosity.
