Missing Glitter Fizz?

Bought this from Sainsbury's - it's sparkling wine, infused with, it says here, hand picked strawberries... it's very refreshing.

But it's not Glitter Fizz! Never mind, I still have a bottle of it downstairs - I'll save it for the next social!

I've got a receipe for a gloopy sort of garden summer dessert that you put in a cocktail glass, fresh strawberries, fresh mint, cassis, dollop of home-made lemon sorbet and then add champagne but your strawberry fizz would go well with it too.
