We're in 17 and 18 K [:D]
Our favourite spot for breakfast is a tiny bakery inbetween the now defunct CompUSA and the soon to be defunct Virgin Megastore on Market. As it can only seat about 5 I think we'll be having a shifty ham and cheese croissant there by ourselves one day [:p]

Oooh. Sounds glorious. I love these little out of the way places. Have you been to 'Sears Fine Foods' just up from the St. Francis? A classic. Was my favorite when I worked in SF 35 years ago. Must get there early -- unless you enjoy queueing, that is.[:D]

Sears is great in the center. Stacks in Hayes Valley is a nice alternative a little more out of the way.

I was going to go for one today, but been a bit too manic at work.

To be completely accurate - two months today for the Partybus[:w][:w] As Sarah has already indicated, we are all 'match fit' for that aspect.

The run / jog / crawl is of course a few days later so we can all bask in the knowledge that the deadline is not quite here yet[:I][:I][:I] and have a few more days to get up to speed as it were[}:)]

Not surer about match fit quite yet. Need to improve my champagne and mojito stamina

Yes I need to build up my Mojito stamina. Might order some sugar syrup next time I do the food shop.

I seriously need to start running, I said I'd start in March, and ... well. My excuse is that the weather has been so bad.

Thanks,
Sarah

Richard: Buy Sarah a treadmill. I imagine it cost less than UCS tickets to NYC to utilize David Barton. Locker rooms have full Bumble and Bumble products and and I imagine the female locker room is normally pretty vacant. But then there is the issue of trainers... That's where the gym environment comes into play.

Ben! When we fitted the gym out, Sarah's requests were for an exercise bike, a rowing machine and an ellipitcal (cross) trainer, space for the fish tank and an entertainment system. All of which were fulfilled, now unless I build an extension on the house I can't see how I will fit a treadmill in; so those flights to NYC in UCS will cost less! [:w] Failing that, there is a perfectly good country park opposite our house that can be used for outside running practice [;)]

For anyone looking to procure some new fancy running shoes, I was told that this is the place: www.sportsshoes.com.

All looks a bit complicated, as I don't know if I am an over pronator, def an over-procrastinator though.... [:w]
