Richard, don't worry Sarah can dig it out if you can't find it. LROM + One, got it.

Michael and Phil, no problem about not (yet) being FVs James, Andrew and Pete I have your FV #s.

Both Pete and James are going solo so I am sure they will be happy to take a (paying) guest. [:)]

Hi all,

I have spoken with Sarah at FV Club, and can provide the following details.

FV Club have blocked a number of rooms at the Hilton Metropole but these rooms are not yet released for sale. Please make requests to me and I will deal directly with Sarah. The room rate for a double occupancy for either Friday or Saturday is 130 which includes breakfast. The events organisor is also hoping to have rooms blocked at the Grand which is next door.

Price for a ticket is not yet fixed but expected to be c. 45 now fixed at only 40 and it is likely there will be tables of 10 so if we can fill at least two tables that would be good.

I will place this info in the opening post aswell.

Please PM me with your FV numbers, where appropriate and Sarah would also like your FC numbers so if you can also let me have those.

Finally please advise any special dietary requirements, so far I have:

Pix, Veggie
Mcuth, Blue Coctails [:D]

To join do you have to have taken three virgin holidays or just flown with virgin three times?

Hi kiwichic,

As per the info on: Link

'Fab'! But how do I qualify?
If you have booked or already been on your 3rd Virgin Holiday from any of the Virgin Holidays brochures you can become a Frequent Virgin!

Thanks,
Richard

Bazz,
Where/when do we purchase the VH tickets? Is this via the VH Website?
#535788 by Bazz
21 Apr 2005, 16:07
Jonathan,

The tickets are held at VH for us, I am waiting for Sarah to confirm how we should pay up. Sarah is out of the office today and has a list of all confirmed attendees and numbers of tickets each needs.

When I have the rest of the details I will update the opening post.

I know that VH can accept cheques or payment by credit or debit card (or AmEx) we just need to know their preferred contact method. I believe there is a 1.5% surcharge for credit or charge cards.

Just to confirm Bazz,

Do those on 'the list' need to call VH now to purchase tickets on the V-Flyer tables, and if so do we need to speak to anyone in particular?

Also, for those of use with rooms at the Hotel, do we also need to call them to provide a credit card, or are the rooms already confirmed and we just need to make sure we cough up on check out?

Pete,

As I said in my reply to Jonathan's post, I am just waiting to hear back from Sarah regarding how she want to handle the payment(s), she is out today so i hope to resolve this tomorrow.

Regrding the hotel, I have sent them a fax confirming our requirements as notified to me by those attending. The lady in reservations (Lucia) said this would be adequate, however I would recommend individuals call to confirm, better safe than no where to sleep [;)]

The reservations are made in individuals names and I also requested they be blocked under V-Flyer.com, you should also mention the VH block booking rate when calling.

Barry.

With the large numbers of Centurion-gifted HHonors Gold Cards that will be in the hotel that night, I'm guessing the number of room upgrades is going to be slim.

Race ya to check in... [;)]
