Providing Positive Feedback

Given that I fly VS fairly often, I am trying to be better about emailing Flying Club with positive feedback when I feel that I receive good service (rather than only emailing with complaints). That way VS can learn from good experiences as well as bad.

However, I was wondering if anyone knows if the individuals cited in my emails actually gets forwarded the feedback or are they included in that individual's reviews?

My experience is that VS react very well to feedback - both positive and negative.

Like you, I feel that I am quick enough to complain if I feel something is not up to standard, so I should be equally quick to comment on things I think are particularly good.

Without going into detail to embarrass anyone, I know that positive feedback is passed on to individuals. VS do seem to appreciate it if you take the time to say thank you.

this is a sore point for me
i have booked a holiday through vh special needs and the service i recieved was so good i wrote to srb's office after getting the addy from this forum BUT almost 5 weeks on i have not even revieved an acknowledgement letter
i assume that some how the letter did not get there so have resent as i do strongly believe that good service needs rewarding

In my experience, the feedback is passed on and actioned. I know the people I have complimented in the past have recievied their positive feedback. I know the COO takes it upon himself personally to ensure that the feedback that I send is distributed, as superior service deserves to be recognised.

Don't forget about the Virgin Hero awards either.
