It seems their billing company will only let you deposit money if you are accessing their system from your registered home country. I registered as a UK resident (which I am) with a UK card, however when I try and deposit the cash when using my laptop in India (still out here!!) 'Computer says no'.

Thankfully I can remote onto my machine in the UK :)

How did everyone get their miles so quickly?

Me and 'Er Indoors both played our 50+ hands (Me doing 100+ as I got carried away!) But we were told it could take up to 30 days to credit our accounts[:0]

I'm not sure if anyone's actually RECEIVED their miles yet, Andy. I have a feeling people are referring to the receipt of the email telling them that they're eligible - and how to apply for them (as I have).

Oop's sorry to mislead you Andy, preiffer is correct, when I stated I got the miles what I actually ment was I've reached the total of hands played required and received the email.

I've still not got an e-mail. Online support confirmed I'd qualified by reaching 58hands. Have mailed Virgin Games customer services, 4 days ago... still no reply.

Hi Blindman,

Virgin Atlantic customer services are highly unlikely to be able to help - you need to contact Virgin Poker's live help customer services through their software.

All "Virgin" elements mentioned in any email/contact with Virgin Poker will be for Virgin Poker themselves - a part of Virgin Games.

BUT - Not part of Virgin Atlantic.
