And there was me thinking VS had got a large and incorrectly addressed unemployment benefit cheque (or for us oldies - a payment from the labour exchange).
Well, I guess they could do plenty better than the in-house DM team. Frankly VS's CRM needs a massive overhaul: given the quantity of data that is collected via both flights and Flying Club, I'd hope that they could do better than just blanket mailing Economy offers out to everyone.
