Recently, I noticed an anomaly in Virgin's partner flight information. For US partners like Continental and Delta, Virgin treats discounted first class "A" fares just like "F" fares, but there is no mention of it in the US Airways information. I just contacted the Flying Club call centre, and was informed that if the fare class is not listed, they "probably" would not be able to credit any miles/tier points.
This seems like an error to me - can anyone suggest the best way to point something out to the powers at Virgin so that they can make this policy clear? Emailing them just produces a canned reply.
Thanks
