Whenever I have used miles before, for reward seats or upgrades, they have immediatly come off my account. Over a week now since I upgraded and they are still there, I have the new e ticket showing it went through....

Any idea why?

I've had this happen once when it was a milage upgrade at the airport. Guess they lost the form - I'm not complaining though!

It they did a paper voucher at the airport or elsewhere it could that a while. Otherwise, Do not tell! Shhhhhh.....

I had a paper ticket upgrade when returning from Hong Kong. As I recall it took ten days to two weeks for the miles to be deducted. In the meantime cross your fingers and hope it's been over looked.

Many years ago, SFO used to lose mileage upgrades. In the last few years they have been very effieicnt (if there is ever space)
