Sale prices

Does any one know if there are any sales coming up soon?
I'm looking at flying into JFK and returning from IAD.
The holiday will be just into school summer holidays, so is there any chance of the prices being reduced then or would it be best to book now whilst there are still seats.

This is a question that is asked an awful lot.

Will Virgin have a sale soon? The answer is almost certainly 'yes'.
The unknowns are the dates, routes and classes that the sale will cover.
Each sale is different, but New York is a pretty constant feature.

There are a lot of variables at the moment, not least of which is the possibility of a BA strike.

If your dates aren't fixed, it may be worth hanging on a while, but bargains in the school holidays aren't that common.

The adage is always - when you see a price you are happy with, then take it and then - Don't look back! [;)]

Never tried for early summer, but we've done Boston, Chicago and NYC at sale prices during school holidays late summer / Easter / October half term over the past three years. But as they say, past performance is no guarantee of future return...
