Are BGI Flights moving back to LHR for winter

Just booked my winter hols to Barbados, with VH.

Went on-line to book my seats and was suprised to see seat plan for both the inbound and outbound was in a LHR config, with only UC on the upper deck.

I was also suprised to see VH selling UC upgrades at only 1200 return, which must mean they know they have a lot of UC to sell.

As far as I am aware all BGI flights are from LGW this winter [I think last winter's change was for operational reasons]. I can only assume they are using a LHR aircraft to cover for a LGW one possibly while it undergoes routines maintenance/safety checks.

They are indeed using a LHR config 747 on BGI route from 26th October until 22nd November to cover LGW A/C Maintenance. All BGI flights will remain ex LGW.
