I would imagine she will stay at TLS and just do a circuit, can't think they would relocate her during the initial proving phase.

The flight is still subject to conformation nearer the time.

As Bazz said it will be staying around TLS undertaking numerous manoeuvres and tests of flight systems.

Looking forward to seeing a slice of aviation history. I remember I was at primary school when the first Concorde commercial flight took off from Heathrow, and since our school was on the border of the airport, the headmaster took everyone out into the playing field to watch it.

According to the Beeb, Weather conditions are puuurfect little or no wind and a cloudless sky! They also say the flight will be a 10.00 BST or 11.00 local.

There is a live feed on the BBC website, now taxiing!!!

Well she's in the air, looked like a perfect take off!

She looks beautiful, interestingly, they have kept the gear down, guess they don't want a malfunction making for a difficult landing!

Now replaying the take off!

I really didn't think she was going to get off the ground. Big huge thing. All went nice and smoothly didn't it. Glad BBC pointed out why they thought it wasn't retracting the landing gear straight away.

The live feed has now gone off air. What was the reason for the gear down Wolves, there was no commentary on the net?

Got to say that I didn't think it was going to take off - seemed to be forever on the roll! Dunno why the live feed's off though, doesn't the beeb want to show it landing too?
