Just checked the Vflyer guide on fare codes;

Says that V class, Virgin Holidays bookings, will earn 100%. However, VA website says I'll only get 50%! Seems a bit tight considering the Holiday wasn't discounted.

Anyone know what I'll get? Saving up the miles for the honeymoon trip in the front! (141,000 and counting).

thanks,

Craig.

The VS website is correct.

VH economy V fares are the same as other discounted VS economy fares, in that they only earn 50% miles per one-way flight (although they do now earn 2 TP's per one way flight)

Where are you flying to?

Off to Vegas with a party of 8 for some friends Elvis style wedding, 14th Sept. Hoped to get the full 13k, (for a Silver member). Never mind, got the double miles for using the VA Amex to pay for the hol!
thanks for clarifying.

Craig.

I know what you mean in that when you pay a lump sum for a holiday it may not seem that the hoiday is discounted but I guess from VS's perspective, the fares that VH use are discounted off the full Y fare.
