I got a very prompt response to my email, and got a completely nonsense response, which said my tickets had been purchased outside of the window, despite evidence saying they had in fact been purchased many months beforehand.
The admin at airpassengerefund is appalling.
The issue is, there is no-one who regulates this. They have the pot of cash and appear to be hanging onto it.
I'll switch to emailing them with the scanned evidence and fill their mailbox, that may not help, but it will make me feel better
