Anyone have LHR-HKG PE Menu April/May 2010?

Does anyone have details of the current PE menu for LHR-HKG and return?

We are travelling in a couple of weeks, personally myself and Mrs Chumba don't mind but the in-laws are travelling with us
(i know who let that happen v( ) and they are rather fusy about their food and would eat before the flight if its not to their liking.
