VS27/28 Using Conf 3 & 4

Does anyone know why the LGW/MCO VS27/28 for 4 days (June 17 to 20) equipment was the LHR config 3 & 4? This config is heavy on the Upper Class for a leisure route. ?|

One of the LHR config 747's is now almost always working ex LGW. It usually operates the BGI flights, but that isn't set in stone and if it was needed on another route due to an a/c having tech problems, or scheduled maintenance then a/c are quite often swapped around.

Neil, Thanks. That must play havoc on the seating chart. Config 3 & 4 have Y352~ where as config 1 & 2 have Y238/318. Some lucky people must get a free upgrade. I'm flying back to the UK (K) in Nov, let hope they do that again.

I was flying out of MCO on the 17th and saw VFAB operating the 028 parked next to us - we left on the 016 at 20:10 and the 028 was still parked up so im guessing it was down to a pretty heavy delay.

Infact all the VS flights from MCO seemed to be delayed that day.
