Does anyone know the aircraft for VS27 13AUG?

Is there anyone in the know as to which actual aircraft is currently listed to operate VS27 13AUG?

I have noticed it has changed in the VS Website from

Boeing 747-400 (Seating configuration 1)
TO
Boeing 747-400 (Seating configuration 2)

?

Nothing has been allocated yet, see this page as this will give you the earliest notification of which a/c it is due to be. The data is direct from Virgin.

Looking at the recent history, it is usually the a/c that operates the VS16 flight from MCO that then becomes the VS27, so keep an eye out for which a/c is operating that flight also (sometimes it is the VS28 a/c also.)

It could possibly change again before then. No one at VS will give out the specific aircraft details before time anymore. And most at VS don't have a clue either.

If you use the features in "The Toolbox" section, you can work out if there are any patterns to find out which aircraft is likely to operate the flight. The only way though when you know for sure which aircraft you will be on is at the departure gate.

VS 27 is ontime today out,
VS 15 delayed currently 1hr 30 today

Hopefully, if one of them they will beback on time for me!

Just checked in online, oddly my booking system here shows 19 seats left to sell in PE, the online checkin seat map only gave a choice of 4 alternative seats to move to.

We were check in sequence 56-59 presumably that includes all cabins.

Don't forget Exit Rows and Bulkheads are only allocate at the airport, so that would account for a good 10 seats at least.

On my system here i can see 14 seats that are blocked.
