Upper Class Reward Seats

Hi

I am trying upgrade from economy to upper class using mine and my husband's flying miles we have enough miles but there doesn't seem to be any seats available. I've rang flying club a couple of times but no luck, is there a specific time each month or week that Virgin release seats (its G class I want I think) or do I need to keep rining up on the off chance?

You can keep trying, but usually, it is around 7 days before, that Revenue release any seats that might become available

It depends where you are flying to and when as just because there may be seats 'spare' in the cabin it dosen't mean VS will let them be used for upgrades.

But there is nothing wrong with checking periodically and you could also try and do a dummy miles booking to see if it says there are any seats available and if so you can then ring VS as miles rewards are 'G's
