We will no doubt consolidate these menu threads in the fullness of time, but for those flying to the USA in the near future - this is the PE menu ;-

Starter: Cajun chicken with mixed salad leaves and creamy dressing.

Mains:
Chicken biriyani – a medium spiced curry with rice, peas and fried onions.

Braised silverside beef with mashed potato, baby carrots and gravy

Pasta ribbons in creamy spinach sauce topped with sun blushed tomatoes and grated parmesan.

Dessert:
Beckleberry’s blackcurrant mousse
Cheese and biscuits,

I have to say, I thought it was excellent, for aircraft food. I had the chicken and Chris had the beef - no complaints from either of us.

The warm bread still gets VERY hard if you don't eat it immediately, but the meal was part of an excellent VS experience.

Trip report to follow.

Look forward to trying it in October on our way to MCO :)

'Love-him-as-I-do-but' & I always eat different meals so if one of us is poorly the other one can drive. Needless to say I always choose first :D

Yes, I know, just like the Capatin & officers :|
