Virgin Web Site does not retain Flying Club Number ?|

Have just entered API info for a flight to Johannesburg in November ...also entered our Flying Club Numbers, but on re-entering the booking only the API info was retained.

Have tried a few times but the Flying Club Numbers & telephone numbers are not retained.

Just wondered if this has happened to others

This is a FC online glitch that I have noticed before, the only way to resolve it is to call in and have an agent manually enter your FC # or to claim missing miles after the flight.

Both are dull and completely unnecessary! But that's VS's underfunded systems for you.

when i flew with VS in April it took me 3 attempts to add my FC number but it did eventually work.
I have also had to enter my number twice whenever i have booked with BD to get it linked to their bookings.
