I have tried on several occasions to link my Flying Club Membership number to my next two flight bookings but every time I log back into the booking, the details have disappeared. Is this a known problem? If so, is there any way around it, and if not, how do I get my miles and tier points added to my account after the flights?

There are sometimes litle glitches with formatting, or how your name appears on your FC account and on the ticket.

You can always get your FC number put in at the airport on the day of the travel so you don't have to worry about it.

I think it's a glitch - I have noticed the same on my recent flights when looking at this on VS online. A quick call to VS can sort it out, or on check in, or claim missing miles when you have travelled.

However, another glitch on the crappy VS Web site that I hope will get fixed!
