Unused ticket and miles / TP's

A daft question...

Do you still get miles and TP's credited to your account if you don't travel? i.e. you don't claim a refund or change your ticket (as its Z class) but it goes unused.

Or do you just lose your cash and not get the extras either!

TPs/Miles are only awarded if you actually fly otherwise its a pretty expensive way of earning them !

Re cash you loose it but don't forget you can the claim the taxes etc back and that can be a good whack

Tonty is right. Points / TPs are awarded for bums on seats, not buying tickets.

Understandable but a bit of a sucker punch if you missed your flight and still pay for the trip and dont get the points!
