This video seems to be the source of the pulled pictures. Can't make out if the shot of the PE cabin is from the wcs end with crew seat in view or as some have said from what was going to be economy, and therefore not of the current plane.

Well - more news on Saturday - we hope.

Those pics were taken from before the cabin was reconfigured so they are not an accurate representation of the layout.

Search on You Tube for El Nuevo Airbus.

So am I right in thinking that VS have launched a brand new plane, with brand new IFE system and they have not done any fancy PR drive??

Have I missed something?

It seems strange to me that for an airline with such a huge PR machine that spins out all sorts of things there has been no official photo release or indeed any information about the IFE etc.

Now that the aircraft is in the public domain so to speak, I wonder if any VS staffers will 'leak' the photos on their intranet?!

Too afraid that it might not fly???

That could have been a PR disaster....
It may now take some time to get the PR machine moving.

Of course there will be another excuse...

Nice shots.

Is that Mademoiselle Rouge in the background of the Beauty Queen wing shot?

You can always pay the £30 each way for extra legroom seats in economy? :)

If available, of course, but thats rather hit and miss isn't it? I understand cost per pax room vs overall cost of flight, but this could be another sedction at a higher cost but less than PE? especially on B & s flights with no UC and competeing with the charters? Just a thought...

yes is subject to availability but in many cases you can do this before departure via the contact centre. It will definitely be cheaper than PE.
