Mine is the Hotel Mela

Whilst it's a small, compact hotel without any dining facilities, (the standard rooms are quite small but all rooms and the hotel itself are well maintained), it's in a fantastic location (<20 yards from Times Square) and it isn't silly money either.

I loved staying in the Washington Square hotel. Although the rooms are small the atmosphere and staff were great and I liked how it was art deco rather than modern. It was also right in the middle of Greenwich Village which was perfect

I love the Westin Times Square, rooms are a good size, unbeatable location and great service. You can get some really exceptional room rates too if you book in advanced.

I love The Sofitel, and there's a great coffee shop opposite too - Gregorys Coffee. The macaroons given out during the turn-down service are delicious!

The new IC Times Square is up there too on my list, not just because of the Shake Shack next door. :D

Yes have stayed theor twice but only because of a good ££ deal otherwise I'd have avoided. Nice place to stay and the view from the 28th floow swimming pool is fab.

I saw that view too when I accidently did a 'sunshine' in the bathroom ): ):

Stayed many times at the Omni Berkshire Place which has always been good, due to being a member of their frequent guest club have been upgraded more than once. On last trip to NYC in November tried the Michelangelo which I thoiught was good and would use a gain.
