BA executive mileage bonus

Just got an email from BA saying "Every time you fly before December 31, 2005, you earn at least 50,000 BA Miles"..this is for club or first only..Will VS match,seems like a nice offer.

from the way im reading it that means you would get 100k for a transatlantic return of course it could be bad wording or wishful thinking on my part,but that would mean a free club ticket if it holds true.

Point 4 of the T&C states that 40,000 miles will be awarded after each round trip ( ie 50k miles per round trip in total.

It also only applies to the more expensive fiest and CW fares ( J,C,D) and not the discounted ones.

And it is only for Exec club members in the USA/Can ( not for us in the UK) [V]

Still, if you qualify , good for you and enjoy the miles

Why Paul,no I don't,for sure that is a great offer for us people on the other side of the pond,but how about some VS products we can buy..oh I forgot..we can buy them,but we don't get miles..I can book a trip through VH and pay with money and I don't get the miles you would if you booked with VH.

Now If I use my BA credit card,I earn miles..of course I cannot get a VS credit card because,well we don't have a VS credit card here and trust me with the way the wife shops that one UC ticket a year I wont see.

The we have the M+M thing..now for sure they may not be the best deal going,but at least pax in the UK are offered them in UC,while I can go PE if I like,but then of course BA beats the M+M price so whats the point..
