Miles plus money fares

Hi all,
Just a quick question about miles plus money fares. Are they in any way upgradeable from PE to UC with either cash or miles?

You can upgrade to either a higher cabin MPM fare or a higher cabin revenue fare for free, paying the difference to the current new fare.

You cannot upgrade a MPM straight with miles. You would have to change the fare to an upgradable fare code (plus a £50pp change fee) and then you can upgrade as per normal rules.
