Virgin Holiday

Just booked a family Virgin Holiday to Naples in Florida flying LHR-MIA-LHR in May this year. 2x Adults & 2x Children.
Got a fairly good deal and managed to get them to price match the BA price.

I know its early but my question is the seat allocation in 'Manage my Booking' is dire at the mo. Have requested seats in row 57 on the 747 both ways. Would prefer to sit in the forward Y section or in the Bubble.
Do they hold back a lot of seats in Y till check in opens and is that when they release seats in the Bubble??

The Y seats in the bubble generally are held back until nearer the flight time and may not become available until OLCI
