Trying to book a reward flight...help!

So this is my first experience of VS IT frustrations - I have selected dates, passenger info input payment details but when I put in my address for the card it thinks I am in the US (I'm in the UK) - but no option to change to UK?? !

Any ideas on how I sort this out?

Oh, and can I pay with a debit card? Seems to want a credit card for the taxes element?

Did you select the 'United Kingdom' option for the question 'Which country is the payment card registered to?' ?
