You would have thought that at a time when there is a degree of chaos and uncertainty caused by the snow and general weather in the UK, VS would make sure their flight status pages were up to date and working.
I have tried several times this morning and this afternoon and all I get is:
"Sorry - we can't retrieve any flight information at the moment. We're working on it, so please try again later."
Pretty poor state of affairs. I don't fly til Thursday, but if you have a flight today/tomorrow it must just add to the stress.

Latest News says

We would like to thank all our passengers for their patience and understanding during the period of disruption at London Heathrow caused by the severe weather.

Currently we do not anticipate any further significant disruption to our flying programme

What is 'severe' weather? I mean really, 3" of snow? When I were a lad, my father thought 3' of snow worthy of getting his rally car out with all the kids for a fun drive through the Yorkshire moors (he rallied Mini Coopers in the 70s as a semi-pro hobby!).

There has been an issue with Online Check-In and Flight Status today, it is being worked on currently and should be fixed soon. If you need to check the flight status of a flight, you can always use the Twitter service @VAA_Info , or the Smartphone App... or call Customer Service.
