TRISTAR AND DTCI AT LGW

Hi

For my upcoming trip to CUN I have splashed out on a car booked via Tristar, I’m travelling Upper and was wondering if the driver is able to use the DTCI at LGW?

I remember back in the day when PAX travelling Upper and booked via Tristar could use the DTCI facility at LHR before they changed the policy allowing any pre-booked PAX to use.

Alas, the original DTCI facility at Gatwick (located on the way to the Long Term Car Park) is no more

There is no no DTCI, and Tristar drop off at the usual point with all the other cabs

It does give that impression

"If you’re getting to Gatwick via chauffeur driven car or Limobike, you can use our unique Drive Thru check in. Your chauffeur will check you in and you can head straight to the Clubhouse."

Following the link this comment on the page is not helpful either.

Looks like (once again) the website is letting them down.

It seems the only way to get a correction is to post on the FB page and embarass them into it !

Mind that does not guarentee they will !
