How come revenue management is not releasing any upper class seats for reward on June 28 from New York to LHR?

VS 4: J9 C9 D9 I9 Z0 W9 S9 K9 Y9 B9 R9 L9 U9 M9 E9 Q9 X9 N9 O9

VS 46: J9 C9 D9 I6 Z0 W9 S9 K9 Y9 B9 R9 L9 U9 M9 E9 Q9 X9 N9 O9

VS 2: J9 C9 D9 I6 Z0 W9 S9 K9 Y9 B9 R9 L9 U9 M9 E9 Q9 X9 N9 O9

VS 10: J9 C9 D9 I6 Z0 W9 S9 K9 Y9 B9 R9 L9 U9 M9 E9 Q9 X9 N9 O9

The availability looks pretty good... I've looked for the past month and a half for one seat on any of these flights (a month ago a UC seat opened up on the 8am flight... Unfortunately, I am busy that afternoon before I leave). Any opinions? Thanks.

They might have already released some for the flights on that date and they have already been snapped up by others.

There is still every chance as the flights get closer that they might release some more if the availability stays as it is.

Unfortunately there is no set system/pattern to when and how reward availability is decided (well not that we have ever been able to work out anyway), so all you can do it keep checking on a daily basis right up until the flight and hope you get lucky.

I'm not too sure that it's that good. There are no Zs available even though the flight is more than two months away and with the exception of the VS4 there are only 6 in the I bucket. Remember the 9 is not only the number of seats available and more but also includes the number of seats that they are willing to sell and on an NYC flight there is a greater likelihood of overselling

Ditto honey lamb, Z0s across the board indicates a busy flight, Thursday is also a busy day for people returning from business.

Having said that, I fully expect things to change between now and then.

Yah... I need to face the music. I'm really hoping that a seat opens up on VS so I don't have to travel on BA ( :(! )
