Is it me or have the VS IT gremlins jumped back into the system?

I have tried to view my booking on the system today to check my seats/aircraft has not changed and it will not let me access this (although it shows the flight)!

I also have tried booking a reward flight and it will not let me do this either n(

If you can get on to the My Booking page but can't see the seat map it means that 60% of the seats available for pre-selection has been reached. The map will become available once more at OLCI

As for booking a reward flight - don't get us started on that. Several of us have complained to VS to no avail v(

It does appear that the booking system is currently down for essential work....however, the message says try again after 1030am (UK time) - question is....is that tomorrow... ?|

Nope, can't get onto manage my booking either. Though I'm not getting a try again later message, just a
"WE'RE SORRY
We have been unable to process your request.

You can either return to the home page and try again or contact us."


HL, it's not just the seat selection bit, it's the whole of manage my booking, like entering FC number or special meals etc.

and the status updates are a bit out of date, with morning flights shown as scheduled rather than actual, this is a feed from VS isnt it?

Just checked again and it all seems to be working fine. Gremlins done and dusted for another day ^)

HL was right anyway (as always ): ) my flight to Chicago is now showing as 60% allocated both out and inbound because it says 'View seat map' only. Shes a smart girl that one :D
