Hi all, first time in the Clubhouse at LHR and very, very impressed. Had a great shower already, first cocktail (Le Fizz) arrived and treatment booked for 6pm. Flying home to Aus via HKG tonight after a lovely and hectic month in Europe. Will post both trip reports upon return to Oz. Must go, burger has arrived!

Onto my 4th cocktail after a fab foot treatment and burger and chocolate mousse. Mojito this time for all the V-Flyers! Cheers! Planning on sleeping most of the LHR-HKG leg (passing out looking likely at this point!).

I know the feeling. It's not big and it's not clever, but somehow it just...happens. ;)

Not sure about the "burger and chocolate mousse" though. Orange and chocolate, maybe. :w But I guess combining the food inputs in this way saves precious time that can otherwise be spent on working through the cocktail menu.

To clarify, the burger and chocolate mousse were interspersed by foot treatment, 2 cocktails, shopping and one more cocktail so my palate was fresh. Thought I'd have one more to make it a nice round 5 cocktails. The fact I can still type is solely down to the 2 weeks of red wine guzzling practice in Italy. Do they offer a wheelbarrow service to the gate?

Possibly not, but do see if they tuck you in when you're on the flight. :P
