Question about seat requests

I've recently booked flights in PE on the A330 from MAN to MCO, for next February.

I understand that I can't currently make a seat request because the system is being worked on. I've also read about the separate issue of PE seat requests not being available because of the refitting of LGW/MAN/GLA aircraft.

However, it's only the 747s which are being refitted, not the A330s - although the VS website doesn't mention that. So when the seat assignment facility becomes available again, will I be able to make a seat request for my A330 flight?

Does anyone know please?

All seat requests on all VS flights for bookings after November are currently not accessible.

No-one actually knows when the new system will be operational again, but yes, once the system comes back online, you should be able to select your seat regardless of A/C or destination.
