VS Miles for sale query

I have a load of VS miles that I dont need or have any use for, am I allowed to sell these?

You could, but both seller & buyer risk their FC accounts being terminated

9.1 Flying Club Miles, membership and/or Rewards are void if sold, auctioned, bartered, purchased by any other method than through the Virgin Atlantic Airways Buy Miles (including Gift Miles and Transfer Miles) options, defaced or altered. Do you not have any friends/family that you could book flights for/upgrade to a higher cabin using your miles? You are allowed to use your miles for other peoples seats, just not receive money for doing so.

I always take miles as gifts
But seriously as Neil said can you not use them? You are earnt them so why throw them away. If you are unsure how to use lots of experts here will help explain the best ways.
