missing miles/tier points

Hi,

I bought flights a few months back, using qualifying economy flight prices, and upgrading with miles to UC. Am I right (I think I am) in thinking I should receive miles and tier points for the purchased economy part of the flight? If so, how long should they take to appear? We've been in the US for about a week and nothing has yet appeared on our accounts!

Yes you will get the points and TPs for your Y fare but the VS systems can't handle it for a fare that is then upgraded so you need to phone them up.

Ah, ok, thanks! That also explains why the VS site doesn't seem to recognise that I've even done the flight!
