I'm trying at the moment to do OLCI for MAN-MCO flight tomorrow, and despite being well inside the T-24hours I am an unable to do so.
The OLCI icon appears on MMB but when I go to it, I get the message that - We are unable to check you in at the moment. Please check in at the airport as usual.

Is this another VS website mess up, and is anyone else experiencing the same problem?
Does anyone have any ideas?!
I was wanting to do early OLCI to confirm my seat choices.
Possible late switch of aircraft config?

Happens I am afraid and there could be several reasons as to why.

Give it a little bit of time and then try again, other than that I'm afraid you have got to arrive at the check-in desks nice and early and hope all the good seats are not taken.

I managed to check in for tomorrows LGW-LAS at 10:25 ok.

I have had this problem before. Every time I travel to the US and not in UC it cant seem to process my US Visa,I have to check in manually. It maybe a slight problem with your paperwork(visa/ESTA) that a human being can correct on sight, which usually happens with me.

I had this problem a couple of weeks ago and had to check in at the airport in the end (I won't tell you the rest of my story so I don't worry you). Do check all your API information to,make sure there isn't an error there otherwise you will just have to check in as early as poss tomorrow if it still won't let you,

Go on Neil, I'm dying to know what happened to you!!!
Checked all APIS/ESTA details etc. All looks fine from what my experience shows. Looks like there is nothing I can do so will have to get to MAN even earlier to see what happens.

Same thing is happening to me right now. Can't check in for the Edinburgh flight tomorrow. Annoying!

Still nothing .... Reservations, when called, told me that olci was functioning without issue ...me thinks not!

This is the down side to va - as much as I enjoy travelling with them, when something goes wrong, it takes a long time for the customer service team to figure out why and respond appropriately. A shame, as this spoils a pretty good company image.
