Best use of miles ,help please

I think that's what they call a win win situation sealink

All booked ,vs17 out 25 may vs18 back 29 may ,spent an hour and 20 mins on phone to a lovely lady who had to put up with all my silly questions!
Anyway all sorted UC out PE back ,booked seats 4-6 k out ,any thoughts anyone as to good or not so good ?
