Reward Bookings on MMB

Can anyone explain to me why your reward bookings refuse to show up on MMB until you search for them?? !
They then appear and vanish the next time you log in. I checked and this time the reward booking even as my FF number attached ?|

I'm in IT so I normally lay off the VS IT jibes as I know how they feel. This one even gets me going!!!

Mine always shows up on MMB almost immediately after I have booked. I've never had to search for them and the link has always been there ....and stays there.

Perhaps it is my account then??
They have never shown up, they normally don't even have my FF number attached to the booking, this one has however.
The mind boggles!!

Edit....I just checked in case I was going mad and I do get the error
"We were unable to locate your flights based on your Flying Club number. Please enter your e-ticket number or booking reference."
If I search the booking number it's there with my FC number attached :0

Not sure whether this will help or not but I can log in and my future (reward seat) fight will be there and then if I search on anything within MMB and return to the same original page, my booking is missing.

It is usually there when I log in to start with though.
