V-Room and Delays

I noticed that the VS43 was delayed by 4 hours today and from the looks of things on twitter, the passengers were taken off the plane after a technical fault was found.

In this situation would passengers that had been in the V-room be allowed back in, in the same way that the clubhouse allows people back on?

I'm not sure about that, I seem to remember reading somewhere about a three hour limit to your visit ISTBC and I think it closes at 1400 so but the time passenger were de planed it would most likely have been closed.

I imagine if VS believed it would be a quick fix they would not want passengers leaving the gate area causing further delays.
