Upgrade from H

I have 2 H class PE tickets (Virgin Holidays)from LGW to MCO and was wondering if they are upgradeable to upper class.
If so, any thoughs on cost and where to get the cheapest

They are upgradeable with cash only (not miles I am afraid)

Only people that can upgrade it for you before departure day is Virgin Holidays.

Cost is dependant on time of year and availability, sorry can't help on that front as we don't have that info.

You can also upgrade VH fares at the airport on the day of travel directly with VS with cash where you can sometimes get better deals, but only if there's availability.
