UC Promo - Already made bookings

For those wondering about the Virgin UC offer with the free little red flight and extra miles & Tier points:

It DOES work for bookings made before the date mentioned in the e-mail. So for bookings already made you will get all mentioned in the offer. It looked like this:



Anyone a guess how to use the red flight? Has to be done by callcenter or so?

did i miss something here ? i was not aware of said promotion, and i do have a couple of upcoming flights in uc in nov and dec, is there sonething i should know ???
