MAN-MCO July 2015

Hi all,

I am looking at MAN to MCO in late July 2015 for 7 (during school holidays) in PE.

At the moment I have 5 PE combi fares on hold for 175,000 miles plus £5100 for the return legs & fees (both legs). A full PE revenue return is currently coming back at £1678pp.

As I guide, I have previously paid c£900pp for a PE revenue return in October (no miles).

Do I pass up on 5 reward seats?! I have another 100,000 miles available if needed but will so many reward seats appear again? Or...I am just looking way too soon?

Any advice would be greatly appreciated...

You will one of many already scouring flight options for next year's Summer Holidays (my Godson is one of them and is constantly ringing me up for advice ) and ALL the airlines know this so hence why prices will always be high for flights during times when the schools are out.

I know when I was looking last year for the trip during the Spring Bank holiday, the VH price was just through the roof and the VS price on the first day it became available was nearly as bad. If the dates you are looking at are now a few days on from the 330 day threshold, then it may be that the old adage of "grab it whilst you can" is the order of the day.
