Anyone have a clue why the 24hr reservation phone line and the 24hr club line are giving out recorded "closed" messages?

closed for the bank holiday perhaps?

exactly what does the message say.

It says that the reservation office/flying club is now closed. Dial 1 for flight information. All variants of the 24hr number get the same result. Website says they are open 24 hours, 7 days a week. Never known bank holiday closure before. A fault?
